As everyone is unique with different and changing needs and requirements, we offer a choice of standard or bespoke packages to meet your needs. These services are provided by our network of vetted professional associates where safety, security, love, care and concern are our key priorities.

• Shopping for the client
• Shopping with the client (to push the trolley, carry the heavy items,
or provide a second opinion on a new pair of shoes or skirt)
• Supporting technological needs (e.g. Wi-Fi, Skype, Zoom, cellphone queries, DSTV etc)
• Routine home maintenance (e.g. change lightbulbs, fix leaking taps)
• Assistance with emergency maintenance (e.g. burst water pipe)
• Security inspections to make sure our clients are safe and secure in their homes
• Home cleaning services
• Dog walking
• Laundry services
• Sourcing of service providers
• Monitoring medical vitals via regular visits from our nurse
• Planning and organising a weekly menu
• Administration (e.g. bill payment, follow up on medical aid claims, car license renewals, payment of
domestic employees etc)
• Appointment booking and diary management
• Visits from the hairdresser or to the hairdresser (if you have a preferred provider)
• Visits from a nail technician to shape and treat toenails
• Travel arrangements and visa assistance
• Taxi / transfer service – taking our clients where they need to go and waiting until they are done

• Home visits
• Accompanying our clients on doctor’s visits
• Home downsizing and relocation
• We care for the carer (i.e. give the primary carer some time off to take care of themselves)

We have put together some standard packages which cover many of the services above, but bespoke packages can be designed to meet any needs.
These services can be provided on an indefinite basis or on a short-term basis during a period of convalescence following an accident, illness or surgery.
Our services do not include full-time care or nursing services, but we can refer you to reputable providers who are equipped in this area.
Our services are currently only available in the Greater Johannesburg and Pretoria area.
